Pet Puppies - Are sold on a Spay/Neuter contract AND AKC Limited Registration ONLY.

MY REASONS FOR SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT:
1. Not wanting our puppies/or our puppies offspring to end up in a puppy mill or any where else where they would not
be taken care of in a loving family home.

2. We do not want someone to get one our girls and breed her every heat till she was 10! Pet over population - for not
so responsible breeders who would let most all or all their puppies go with full registrations and letting them go to
other breeders who would do the same thing. Unfortunately, as sadly can be seen on the rescue sites, there is already far
too many of Belgians/Boxers in rescues.
To preserve the integrity of our lines - health, structure, behavior benefits.

Sadly one of the main reasons most breeders place puppies with full breeding registrations is money motivated. Some
breeders are afraid they can not sell all of their puppies before they start getting older so they will sell them to whom
ever inquires even if that means selling them for breeding purposes. Another reason is some breeders can charge
double(or more) the price for a breeding dogs.
I feel our dogs welfare should motivate us to do what is better for the dogs and the breed - not the extra amount of
money one can get for selling dogs for breeding. Honestly you don't make money raising dogs. The more you breed dogs
to make money - Then there goes our beloved temperaments, health, structure, etc.

So think about this when buying your next dog and find the REAL breeder that CARES!

All Show Potential Puppies - We DO NOT place breeding animals, we place show prospects that we require to be shown
in a reasonable amount of shows throughout their life. Ear crops are done between 8 and 12 weeks usually, we normally
don't crop puppies ears if we personally aren't keeping them. We can recommend you to a great vet who does our
cropping for our puppies. All show prospects may be sold with Full or Co-Ownership. AKC and/or UKC registered. This
contract is for someone serious about showing and preserving the breed! If you are serious about showing feel free to
contact me. As if the puppy still resides in Ohio on agreement with "new" owner my handling services are available.
